Your information, handled with care
Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what Coral Cleaners Ltd. collects, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
We only collect what we need to answer you and do the job. We don't sell your information, we don't run ads, and this website sets no tracking cookies.
What we collect, and why
Contact form. When you write to us we ask for your name, email address, phone number and how you found us. The form is provided by our scheduling partner, fieldd: your details go into our fieldd account so we can get back to you and arrange the work you asked about — nothing is stored in any database on this website.
Bookings. Online bookings are handled by our booking partner, fieldd, at coral.fieldd.co. fieldd collects the details needed to schedule your service (name, contact details and service address) under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can carry out the job.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived server logs — including IP addresses — which we rely on for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- We don't set cookies from this website.
- We don't send marketing emails — we only reply to what you send us.
Who processes your information
To run the website and answer your messages we rely on a small number of service providers: fieldd (contact form, bookings and scheduling) and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes only what's needed for its role.
How long we keep it
Contact-form details live in our fieldd account, and any follow-up in our info@coral.bm mailbox as normal business correspondence. Both are kept only as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and our records, then deleted.
Your rights
Under Bermuda's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@coral.bm and we'll take care of it.
